RETURN POLICY:

CT-Ri Ecig & Vapes is committed to providing our customers with truly phenomenal products.

Any product in its ’original unopened packaging may be returned for a full refund with a receipt within 7 days of purchase date.

Any device that is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer’s defect, may be exchanged within 30 days for another of the same product or for store credit if there is not another of the same product in stock. A receipt is necessary.

This return policy does not cover e-liquids, cartridges, tanks, drip tips, or atomizers. Sales of these items are final.
